WHO IS BEHIND FUTBOL FIRST?
Marc Segarra and Alex Isern, the founders of Futbol First, have experienced firsthand the deep bonds and lasting impact of the soccer journey.
Their story began in Barcelona, playing for the youth categories of CE Europa, where they formed a lifelong friendship. With their team, they traveled and competed, but most importantly, they grew into the individuals they are today.
They created Futbol First to help young players grow through the game—learning lessons and life skills that stay with them both on and off the field. Our community is designed to be the go-to home for youth players and their families, rooted in the belief that the journey is bigger than the outcome.
