A state champion midfielder, Lou Ruffien has represented France at the U-17 European Championships. She will graduate from Harvard University on a soccer scholarship and is currently part of the Paris FC academy.

Lou has been part of the Futbol First pathway for years, taking part in key international activities such as the Barcelona Soccer Experience, the Donosti Cup, and USYF, consistently standing out for her performance and development.
